Kalpak Automatic Spring Testers are ideal for online and offline testing of Springs. A range of 4 models covers testing of Loads form few grams to Tons with a high degree of accuracy. It can carry out Tensile as well as Compression Testing of Springs. The Testing capability is enhanced by use of two load cells enabling user to test over two load ranges with accuracy. The Kalpak Spring tester can be operated in Manual as well as Automatic Mode- Applications

KALPAK Spring Testing Software is Windows based, user-friendly software designed for the test data acquisition & logging in file format on PC. The test data is acquired through serial PC port and logged to provide tabular display. It fulfils the basic functions like load and length measurement as well as calculation of free height, deflection and preset load and load at present length or spring rate.
User-friendly screen with complete evaluation and presentation of test results in tabular and graphical formats.
