3 Cubic Meter Total Volatile Organic Emission Test Chamber

We have successfully developed and installed supplied 3 Cubic Meter Total Volatile Organic Emission Test Chamber as per ISO norms, for Institute of Plywood research and Technology, Bangalore. The system is PC based Test Equipment for Determination of TVOCs from Wood Based Panel with data acquisition and analysis capability for various test parameters for determining TVOCs from wood based panel based on 3 Cubic Meter Chamber method.
Principle of Opertion:
The pre conditioned test pieces of known surface are placed in a test chamber with controlled temperature, relative humidity, Air velocity, and exchange rate at pre defined values. 
The VOCs that are emitted from test pieces mix with the air in chamber. The air in chamber is sampled periodically over a predefined period. The air is drawn from chamber through sampling tubes with absorbent material and VOC concentration calculated by measurement of absorbed compound and the volume of the air sampled. The unit of measurement is mg/m³
   
Fire Performance Test Facility for Doors/Shutters on Turnkey basis at IPIRTI, Bangalore
We have designed, developed and installed Fire Performance Test Facility for Doors/ Shutters consisting of Vertical Front Open Furnace of size 3 x 3 x 1.3 meter for  Testing Fire Performance for Door/Shutters at Indian Plywood Industries Research and Training Institute, Bangalore. The Testing  conforms to BS 476 (part 20 and 22), IS 3614 (part2), ISO 3008:2007 and BS EN 1634-1:2000.
 
Jounce and squirm test system at ARAI, Pune
Jounce and squirm test system tests two Automobile seats simultaneously. Pneumatic Cylinder used as Linear actuator exerts load on the seat for jounce testing shall be pneumatic cylinder. The travel of the piston is controlled through the reed switches. while Squirm test is effected by Rotary Hydraulic Actuator.Force and Angle measurement is done on Digital Displays. . A common PLC with HMI shall control the test sequence & parameter programming.

Computerized Impact Tester at IPIRTI, Bangalore.
Kalpak Make Computer controlled Impact bending Testing Machine as per IS 1708 (Part 7) 1986 with motorized Ball Screw based screw jack type hoisting mechanism with positive Electro Magnet holder to support striking  hammer. Hammer weight range: 1.5, 3 Kg with 30 mm bottom radius, 25 Kg & 50 Kg with 75 cms bottom radius

We supplied Kalpak Make  Servo Hydraulic Computerized Compression Testing Machine 2000 KN capacity at BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore for Concrete Cubes up to 200 mm & cylinders upto 160 x 320 mm along with Flexural Testing Attachment KIFT-100  with 100 KN capacity for testing standard Concrete Beams 100x100x500 & 150x150x750 complete with pressure transducer for control .
